We are looking for a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for performing various sewing tasks to create and repair gowns and accessories. Duties:

  • Operate sewing machines and other tools to perform sewing tasks
  • Measure, cut, and sew fabric according to patterns or instructions
  • Repair or alter garments as needed
  • Collaborate with designers or clients to create custom pieces
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
  • Proficient in using sewing machines and other sewing tools
  • Strong knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
  • Attention to detail and precision in sewing tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
  • Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines

Job Types:

£8.11-£12.00 per hour
