British Bridal Wholesale is a family owned and run British business, based in a small town in Wakefield, we have over 25 years’ experience in the industry. With an exceptional team combining designers, seamstresses and a dedicated customer service team, we work hard to create stunning and elegant gowns to the highest quality, always with a high level of excellence at the forefront of every decision.

We are looking for a new sales consultant to help assist the Sales Manager and team in our head office in Wakefield. This role will be fun, exciting, and different from day to day, exploring new and exciting leads to ensure our brand of luxury wedding gowns and accessories is within more stores across the world, whilst keeping great relationship with the store owners.

**What is the job?**

A job that gives you the freedom to be yourself, showcase your amazing customer service skills, and to enjoy your role

Ensuring British Bridal stockists have the best experience is essential with us. From opening an account, to visiting our show room, to placing their first order, and then the journey they take. You will use a CRM system to keep track of every customer note to ensure clear communication is constant throughout the team.

**Some aspects of this role also include;**

Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer that means going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.

Creating new sales strategies - working with the marketing team to build on marketing plans which could boost sales.

Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets

Attending trade shows across the UK, America & Europe.

**Skills and Qualities needed.**

Confident talking on the phone to clients - This is a huge part of the job. Must also have an excellent phone manner and a passion for selling.

Fantastic communication, organisation, and people skills we want people who love what they do

Bags of energy and enthusiasm.

An understanding that being organised and remembering the little details helps us to deliver our promises and exceed expectations.
