Job Title: Nectar360 - Partner Executive

The Nectar 360 team has a primary focus on creating loyalty programs, translating data into valuable assets, both in traditional and digital media. It operates almost like an agency within a retail environment, where retail media plays a vital role. The team, being an integral part of the business, is central to driving profitability, leading to a culture that fosters risk-taking, learning, and recognition.
Nectar360 is an integrated agency providing loyalty, insights, and media services. It manages and operates Nectar, the largest loyalty program in the UK, aiding major brands in building strong connections with their customer base.
Your role will be pivotal in developing and nurturing solid client relations with our partner organizations. Working closely with these partners, you will gain a profound understanding of their operations, ultimately aligning Nectar campaigns to bolster their marketing objectives and goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain robust client relationships with the partner organization(s)
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of partners' businesses and how Nectar campaigns can offer support
- Manage campaigns across various channels such as Nectar app and email
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to strategize and execute targeted campaigns within set timelines and budgets
- Analyze campaign performance and articulate the value of Nectar channels
- Drive revenue generation for Nectar bonus campaigns
- Act as a representative for partners with internal departments including marketing, call center, and operations
- Oversee online campaigns through Nectar channels
- Support the Partnership team in day-to-day account management
- Monitor competitors and the loyalty market
- Handle general administration related to the account
What we would like you to have:
- Some experience in a marketing role or a keen interest in partner/client relationships or marketing
- Desirable knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM
- Comfortable engaging with clients
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and ability to use initiative
- High energy levels and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with additional web experience being advantageous
