About the role:
We are looking for a Partner Relations Executive who will be responsible for best-in-class partner experience and partner service.
As a Partner Relations Executive, you ensure a defined group of small and medium business partners provide our customers with an excellent experience and in turn you will provide excellent support and service to build and maintain relationships with thesepartners.
- Meet/exceed KPI and SLA targets for engagement, service and partner satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction, in turn reducing partner and product churn
- Source exclusive offers from partners in line with the agreed product road map
- Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept

- You are an enthusiastic and confident individual with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- You enjoy speaking to and engaging with partners to build good relationships
- You thrive on delivering great service to business partners
- You are a problem solver, looking for solutions to make our partners get more from the platform
- You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage your time effectively
- You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and the team
- You have some B2B sales experience, or are willing to learn
- Previous Salesforce experience is desirable
