Lindum Construction specialises in major construction projects mainly across the East Midlands region and is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Lincoln-based team.

You will be responsible for managing projects up to £15m including subcontract procurement, payments and measures, cost management and valuations, build estimates and variation costings, forecasting and cost value reporting.

What We Are Looking For

Applicants must have strong experience as a QS in the construction industry, either at intermediate or senior level. You must have knowledge of JCT and NEC form of contracts and experience managing projects in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, food, retail, education, affordable housing.

Our offices are at Lindum Business Park in North Hykeham. A full driving licence is required, as the role will involve work-related travel to sites, mainly within a 40-50 mile radius of Lincoln but occasionally further afield. A company car or car allowance is provided.

Above all, the right skills and attitude are what we're looking for, someone who is commercially astute, conscientious, works well in a team and is able to drive projects forward as well as develop good relationships with colleagues and clients.
