About the Company: We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Multi-Trades Technicians to join our Social Housing Disrepair team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing and efficiently resolving maintenance issues in social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks following health and safety regulations.
- Identifying and rectifying disrepair issues including dampness, leaks, electrical faults, and structural damage.
- Performing various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting.
- Maintaining accurate records of work done.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in social housing or construction.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Trade qualifications are a plus.
