Duties:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs
  • Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
  • Monitor children's development and behavior, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
  • Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and diaper changing
  • Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for children

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience and empathy to understand and meet the needs of young children
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a structured routine
