We anticipate the role being a temporary post from January 2023 for a minimum of 10 months.


The role of an Operations Co-ordinator is to organise, optimise and co-ordinate the day-to-day operational activities carried out at the facility.


You would be responsible for accurate data input, production of daily and periodic reports and general administration required within the depot's operations.


In addition to this you would also be responsible for day-to-day despatching of operators to refuel aircraft, ensuring our customer requirements for fuel quality, safety, environmental protection, and service levels, are met.

There is a rotational shift pattern in operation on site, which includes weekend working.

The salary for this role is up to £23,188, with an annual shift allowance £2,290.

  • Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc (Essential)
  • Aviation or Logistics Experience (Desirable)
  • Airfield Knowledge (Desirable)
  • Scheduling Experience (Desirable)
