An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our well-established client based in their Hampton in Arden offices on a full time, permanent basis.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday.

Duties and responsibilities as an Administrator will include:

  • Consult with clients to book assessments
  • Provide advice and support to clients and their families
  • Preparing reports and sending them to clients and external bodies
  • Responding to information enquiries
  • Recent experience as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Strong organisation skills and able to prioritise own workload
  • A problemsolving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
