Our client is a thriving business despite the economic climate and have a realistic forecast for further expansion through acquisition as well as natural growth.


The business has engaged our services to seek an Accounts Administrator to undertake a crucial role in the effective running of the business.

Working in a small but vital team, your role will be to undertake:

  • Producing invoices both internal and client invoices.
  • General administrative duties to support the Senior Management with the running of the office such as:
  • Managing client records, meeting & greeting visitors, scanning documents to file, directing incoming calls to the appropriate contact, filing important and crucial information needed by the technical team
We are keen to speak to those who have:
Had some experience of Credit Control although this only makes up 25% of this role.

Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task, thrive in a job that has plenty of variety.

Some systems knowledge - Iris, Xero - would be advantageous but not essential.
Good excel will be required.
