The Marylebone Project is a prominent organization offering essential services to women facing homelessness in the UK. Our aim is to empower these women to pursue their identified objectives by providing personalized support in a psychologically informed setting that promotes recovery.
The Role:
This role presents an exciting opportunity within our newly renovated Centre. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users with complex needs and challenging behaviors, offering them Advice, Guidance, and Information (IAG) in a psychologically informed context. Additionally, you will deliver specialized support for VAWG.
Part of your responsibilities will involve coordinating and conducting our Drop-in Service for rough sleepers, ensuring access to services such as food provision, laundry, showers, clothing, and nursing clinics.
You will play a vital role in a service that significantly impacts women's lives, witnessing their growth in confidence and skills firsthand.

Hours
Typically 40 hours per week on a five-week rota. The standard working schedule involves early and late shifts, including two weekends. While working hours and rotas may be subject to occasional changes based on operational/service requirements, flexibility is appreciated.
Pension
Eligible employees will be enrolled in a pension scheme, with minimum contributions made by the employer in alignment with eligibility criteria.
28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 33 days after each full year of service. Given the project's 24/7 operations, working on select bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year, will be necessary.

This role requires an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, with mandatory safeguarding training.
