The Role:

This outstanding opportunity at the Project involves managing a caseload of service users with complex needs, offering specialized advice and support in a psychologically informed setting while also delivering VAWG support. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate our Drop-in Service for rough sleepers, providing essential services like food, laundry, showers, clothing, and nurses clinics.

You will play a vital role in a service that significantly impacts women's lives, witnessing their growth in confidence and skills. We seek an individual who is solution-oriented, goes the extra mile to assist others, and resonates with our values of kindness, respect, trust, and co-production.

*The positions fall under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

Hours

Typically 40 hours per week on a five-week rota, spanning early and late shifts, including two weekends. Working hours may vary based on operational needs, with occasional flexibility expected.

Pension

Eligible employees will be enrolled in a pension scheme, with minimum contributions covered by the employer for qualifying individuals.

Contract

Permanent, full-time.

DBS

Enhanced DBS check and compliance with safeguarding policies is required for this position, necessitating safeguarding training.
