The Job Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sponsorships, focused on innovation, to enhance our sponsorship offerings, grow our client base rapidly, and execute strategic initiatives effectively. This position is ideal for a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills keen on pushing boundaries.

Core Skills

  • Sponsorship Strategy: Develop a unique sponsorship proposition to create a competitive advantage for clients.
  • Creative Innovation: Use creativity, technology, and insights to maximize sponsorship impact.
  • Client Management: Cultivate strong client relationships and align business objectives with opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain positive relationships with media contacts for favorable sponsorships.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals to secure partnerships.
  • Activation and Execution: Manage sponsorships through the project lifecycle.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Monitor sponsorship performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation within client budgets.

  • Extensive experience in sponsorships or related fields.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sponsorship initiatives.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft Office Suite.
