We are looking to expand our international Human Resources team with an
_HR Talent Advisor_, who is passionate about finding the right profiles, people development, talent and change management.

This is a new position in our organization and we therefore offer you the opportunity of shaping your own role.

The team

The Human Resources function within RiskPoint was set up in April 2021 when the company reached 100 employees.

Today, our multi-national HR department services the Group across 14 countries in Europe, Americas and AsiaPac in a fast-paced, expanding business.

With more than 230 employees in 2024, the Group are planning to open new operations and adding new countries to our map.

We are therefore looking to strengthen our HR function.


Our HR team closely interacts with the entire organization such as business centers, country management, Finance & Operations, Marketing & Communication, as well as other insourced/outsourced partners.


As the HR function is relatively new to the Group, the opportunities are wide in terms of value creation and entrepreneurial challenges when it comes to People matters.

The purpose of the role


As our new HR Talent Advisor you will become a key player in supporting our company evolution and best practices as an Employer of Choice - which is what we strive to be, in line with the Group company culture.

As our operations keep rapidly growing at an international level, this role is meant to help provide the business across the Group with talent processes, tools, and professional practices.

The major focus areas of the role will be:


  • _Talent Acquisition_

_Performance Management_

  • Support the business in implementing professional performance management processes and tools (e.g. communicate guidelines, train new managers, design & deliver training on goals & action plan setting, performance assessment, calibration and continuous feedback techniques)

_Learning, Talent & Competency Development_

  • Expand our training catalog by managing the design and delivery of nontechnical learning programs at local and global level (leadership, team building/development, behavioral & functional topics, team dynamics )
  • Support business management with individual and team development discussions (career plans, goals setting )
  • Further design a competency model and perform skills gap analysis in line with our company values
  • Team up with business stakeholders on academy programs
  • Manage KPIs and follow up on learning & development budgets
  • Develop coaching and mentoring programs
  • Manage our Global Trainee program
  • Manage preferred suppliers for domains in scope
  • Team up with our HR coordinator on training operational processes (nominations, invitations, logistics )

_Roles mapping, employee mobility & succession planning_

  • Contribute to workforce and career planning through a global role architecture (job descriptions, career progression mapping )
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate proactive succession planning and job rotation programs (design tooling & guidelines e.g. 9 box, train business managers )

_DEI, culture & values_

  • Design and implement tools and programs to support overall employee diversity, equity, engagement, inclusion, and retention in line with our company values and our ESG commitments (e.g. Identify challenges for diversity in leadership roles and develop programs supporting diversity balance, employment engagement surveys )

_Project work & Talent metrics _

  • By its nature and as a new role in a growing company, the position will entail a large portion of project work in addition to day to day operational matters
