Team Leader, Property Management

Based from our gobal headquarters in 55 Baker Street, our exceptional Property Managment team is looking to recruit a Regional Property Manger (Team Leader) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will involve leading a team of Property Managers as well as managing a portfolio of properties in the Prime Central London and East London areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Provide comprehensive training to new starters on systems and workflows, including Aspasia. Offer ongoing support and management to a team of four Property Managers, ensuring constant review and monitoring. Conduct monthly one-on-ones, weekly catch-ups, and annual appraisals to ensure KPI adherence. Address complaints and escalate issues to the Head of Property Management as needed. Elevate any concerns to the Head of Property Management. Support the Head of Property Management in all relevant tasks.Property Management
Oversee pre-tenancy works and routine/emergency maintenance. Spend time in the lettings office to ensure seamless property management. Manage health and safety compliance where applicable. Arrange bi-annual property visits and follow up on any necessary works. Book property inspections with third-party contractors. Coordinate and supervise refurbishment projects, raising fees as necessary. Schedule check-out appointments, manage deposit disbursements, and handle dilapidations claims. Ensure timely payment of contractor invoices.Professional Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role managing a team. Proven ability to conduct staff one-on-ones and appraisals. ARLA qualification. At least five years of property management experience. Basic knowledge of heating and hot water systems, plumbing, and electrical.
