Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are followed
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures for guest services

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety knowledge and food preparation is a plus
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
