About the Job:
- You will work in a fast-paced telephony role, guiding and supporting customers through their health claims journey, assisting with appointments, bill queries, overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans, and aftercare.
- Handling customer dissatisfaction with team support.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience in a customer service-related role.
- Empathy towards customers to support them through challenging times and create loyalty.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to ask the right questions to process claims efficiently.
- Possessing knowledge of insurance products/financial services is beneficial.
