About the Job:

  • You will work in a fast-paced telephony role, guiding and supporting customers through their health claims journey, assisting with appointments, bill queries, overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans, and aftercare.
  • Handling customer dissatisfaction with team support.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and prior experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Empathy towards customers to support them through challenging times and create loyalty.

  • Possessing knowledge of insurance products/financial services is beneficial.
