After School Club Leader

A small sized 'Good' primary school in Consett are looking to appoint a passionate After School Club Leader to work on a part time basis.


About the role:


Working Monday to Friday, the desired After School Club Leader w ill be supporting groups of children from EYFS - KS2, of which some children have various SEND needs.

The hours would be 3.00pm until 5.30pm. You would be responsible for running the sessions, including planning, and delivering activities for the children to engage in.

The school has a strong small leadership team and is in the DH8 postcode, on the outskirts of Consett.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of After School Club Leader you will:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Level 2/3 in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning
