The role

This firm is currently seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their West End, London office.

You will work as part of a growing litigation team of 8, but will also work as part of the wider Real Estate team of 12.

  • The property litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, which often includes complex and high value matters
  • You will deal exclusively with leasehold enfranchisement matters which includes collective enfranchisement
  • You will have the opportunity to get involved in client contact and business development activities
  • You will find a varied and broad caseload, making for an interesting role
  • You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and professional department
  • The department currently has an influx of new enfranchisement work coming in

You will find there are good prospects for progression attached to the role, which can include a route to partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will have had good experience dealing with a broad palette of conveyancing work
  • You should have first-class communication skills
