The role
This leading West End practice is seeking to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Partner.
Real Estate is a core practice area for the firm. You will find a vibrant property department that deals with an exceptional quality of work. The department is currently very busy driving departmental growth and they are also in the process of succession planning.
They currently have a Partner and an Associate who deal with Leasehold Enfranchisement, but due to an influx of work they are seeking to hire a new Leasehold Enfranchisement Partner.
You will join a friendly, professional, and dynamic team. You will work with the other partners within Real Estate to lead the department forwards, whilst mentoring and developing more junior members of the team.
You will find the department has an excellent network of referrers, as well as a steady flow of repeat business from a client base built up over decades.
The caseload will be varied and will make for an interesting role.
Requirement
