Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Conduct site visits and aid in measuring and valuing completed work
  • Help in scrutinizing project costs and overseeing project advancement
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project criteria are fulfilled
  • Assist the Quantity Surveying team with diverse administrative duties and project-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong numerical and analytical proficiencies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Keenness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks
