About Our Client:

A well respected, not for profit, housing association located in Great Manchester.

Their mission is to improve lives and to be a trusted provider of quality homes to benefit the local community, deliver excellent landlord and support services, and create thriving and independent communities.


The key responsibilities of a Lettings Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Develop, implement and monitor administrative processes
  • Escalate data quality issues
  • Take responsibility for providing a comprehensive administration service to the team
  • Ensure consistent and accurate information, documents and letters are available.
  • Maintain records and produce regular statistical information and reports
  • Review management information to identify gaps
  • General office duties
  • Produce accurate documentation
  • Produce minutes from meetings.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Lettings Administrator must possess the following skill set and experience.**- Background in Not for Profit and Charities
OR Housing Association

  • Excellent customer service
- ability to organise workload effectively

  • Good oral and written communications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and understanding of Social Housing and Social Care
  • Ability to produce reports and manage data
  • Able to commute to Oldham
  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.

What's on Offer:

  • Immediate start
  • 35 Hours per week
  • Hourly rate between £ £15.00
  • 2x days per week in office and 3x days from home
  • Temporary role 45 months.
