Job Description

If you're passionate about outdoor activities and seeking a career in retail, we have an exciting opportunity available:

  • Role: Sales Associate
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time (8 hours/week)
  • Location: Salomon Store, Cheshire Oaks Outlet, Ellesmere Port, UK

Your Role

  • Master all Salomon products and understand customer needs to offer personalized service
  • Provide a high-level shopping experience by advising and accompanying customers
  • Utilize sales techniques and digital tools for outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, health, safety guidelines, and visual merchandising principles
  • Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand service culture

Main Activities

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for the following key aspects:

Customer Service

  • Employ exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to drive sales
  • Address customer objections promptly and effectively

Operations

  • Support in maintaining company assets and procedures for loss prevention
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the stockroom
  • Proficient in cash handling

Visual Merchandising

  • Contribute to maintaining brand visual standards
  • Assist in replenishment, pricing duties, and sale preparations

Other Job Functions

  • Participate in staff training and store events
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by the management team
