Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the HR lifecycle, including Recruitment, L&D, Employee Relations, Reward, Performance Management, HR Metrics, policies, strategic direction, and organizational development and design.
  • Transforming data into a strategic HR and people plan, collaborating with senior management to drive the best decisions.
  • Interpreting people data to provide company-wide insights on staff turnover, cost per hire, etc.
  • Handling complex employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary cases with professionalism.
  • Defining accountabilities for HR functions from talent acquisition to health and safety compliance.
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews when needed.
  • Advising senior management on compensation policies and staff salaries based on external benchmarks.
  • Reviewing and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational values.
  • Promoting a performance-driven culture, continuously evaluating productivity and employee development.
  • Managing the HR budget, reporting on current and future staffing costs, and leading special projects.
  • Driving change initiatives with executive buy-in and ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities.
  • Leading the HR department, making bold decisions when needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Management.
  • Updated employment law expertise.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions for SMEs.
  • Master's degree in HR or CIPD Level 5 or 7.
