Job Title: Transformation Digital Product Owner

About the Role:

As a Transformation Digital Product Owner, you'll play a key role in balancing customer experience, business needs, and colleague satisfaction. Your main focus will be handling all things digital in the transformation process, from account set-up to online and mobile banking. This position calls for strong leadership, a customer-centric outlook, and the ability to handle complex projects like a pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all digital aspects of the transformation program
  • Enhance current requirements, manage risks, and spot connections between different digital banking services
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Guide teams and stakeholders, providing vision and direction
  • Act as the main link between business stakeholders and end users
  • Promote a customer-focused approach in all projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in digital product management, ideally in banking and finance
  • Proven Expertise: Strong background in digital transformation and change management
  • Methodologies: Proficient in agile and traditional project management methods
  • Skills: Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technological Awareness: Knowledge of emerging banking technologies
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
