What are we looking for?


The Administrator will be responsible for providing support for the day to day aspects of the office, ensuring paperwork and tasks are progressed accurately and to time scales.


  • General day to day office duties, including data entry, filing and scanning
  • Providing administration support to Managers & Engineers
  • Updating the system and spreadsheets
  • Creating and managing customer work books
  • Booking Engineers Hotels
  • Ordering Engineers PPE & Stationary
  • Answering the telephone
  • Log call outs/break downs at depots and customer sites
  • Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate to staff and customers
  • Flexible approach to work and willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet customer demand
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
  • Knowledge of Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of Teams

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Salary:
£9.83 per hour
