Supported Living Assistant Manager

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for providing the highest quality of care and supportto our client's care home based in the Horley area.
As a Supported Living Assistant Manager in Horley, you'll be working full-time earning a highly competitive salary of up to £27,736.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Service Manager to maintain the day to day running of the serviceon behalf of our client and working with Head Office departments to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the facility meets all of its legal requirements.
You'll also support the Service Manager to develop an ethos that reflects people's individual needsand that celebrates their differences and diversity.
