The Role:

Hours:
up to 20 hrs per week, with flexible approach on days/times.


We are looking for an Finance Admistrator who will play a key role providing assurances for the smooth and efficient running of the finance function of our business.


Core Objectives:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all financial transactions, including petty cash, banking, accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, sales invoices, and bank reconciliations
  • Raise charges, processing payments, direct debit collections and reconciliations of accounts.
  • Resolving queries internally and with external contractors/organisations
  • Assisting with the preparation of information for the year end audit
  • Payroll/PAYE & VAT Reverse Charges
  • Prepare a range of documents, invoices, credit notes, letters.
  • Creating reports on income and expenditure against budgets.
AAT qualification is desirable, but not essential, along with demonstratable Bookkeeping.

Competent with MS office, Excel, CRM (simPRO) Systems, QuickBooks, or similar

Good team working skills as well as being able to work on own initiative.


You'll have a keen eye for detail, good record keeping skills and the ability and drive to follow problems through to resolution.

Highly motivated, energetic, tenacious, driven, solution focused and with a "can do" attitude.

£23K to £25K (pro rata) DOE
