All about the role
The Senior HR Associate plays a vital part in helping staff across our London office. That means ensuring a smooth hiring process for all our new starters, including preparing contracts. You'll also support our team of HR Associates and act as a first point of contact for their queries. You will be a key member in introducing, implementing, and embedding all People Projects and initiatives. As well as motivating and inspiring the team in the development of continuous improvement by identifying 'focus' areas. Your knowledge will also help ensure we're always aligned with local HR regulations.
As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:
- Be the first point of contact for HR Associate questions
- To be a key member in introducing, implementing, and embedding all People Projects and initiatives
- To motivate and inspire the team in the development of continuous improvement by identifying 'focus' areas
- To verify and audit work produced by the People Associate team
- To support the TL in the supervision of the daytoday work allocation of the People Associate Team and reallocate work where necessary
- Coordinate and perform daytoday HR tasks relating to the whole employee lifecycle
- Responsible for supporting the business with administrative requirements for onboarding, contracting, and talent management
- Ensure we satisfy local and international employment standards and legislative HR requirements
- Keeping yourself informed about local employment legislation changes and updating the team accordingly
- Work with the People team to manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support the team and the wider business
- Ensure the integrity of HR data
- Participate in HR projects
- Partner with the business on peoplerelated topics
Can you deliver
Here's what we're looking for from our Senior HR Associate expert
- 5+ years of working experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fastgrowing company
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience in supporting or owning the administrative requirements for onboarding, contracting, and talent management
- A wellorganized, structured, and analytical approach to HR Operations
- Able to follow procedures, while also able to be flexible and think outsidethebox
- A strong sense of accountability and desire to execute quickly and accurately; your prioritization skills will be secondtonone
- A natural ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Professional communication skills in English are required for this role
- You are comfortably able to do 3 things at the same time, and when you believe something could be done smarter, better, or faster, you make it happen
