We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with a solid track record and extensive connections in the hospitality industry

This role offers the flexibility of working from home, but you'll also need to hop around the UK to visit potential sites.

  • Develop, agree, and execute a sales strategy to surpass new business targets in the Hospitality/Hotel Sector, focusing on both independent establishments and hotel chains.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and utilize various communication channels to drive the sales strategy.
  • Build strategic alliances to capitalize on business prospects and expand your professional network.
  • Generate leads through proactive networking, engagement in industry gatherings, collaboration with trade organizations, and extensive market research.
  • Identify new prospects aligned with our corporate goals and swiftly assess their potential.
  • Own the commercial proposals, ensuring they align with business objectives and profitability targets. Justify any deviations with a sound business case.
Client Management
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to evaluate service quality effectively. Stay inquisitive about their operations and enhance your understanding of their needs and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales within a professional services environment (not product-oriented).
  • Demonstrated sales expertise in the hospitality field, particularly within the hotel sector.
  • Extensive network within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in full sales cycle management and new business acquisition.
  • Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and familiarity with sales strategies and retention techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally with experience using "Salesforce."
  • Valid driver's license.
