We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
You will be responsible for the technical deliveries of project in the data analytics domain. This includes pre-project planning, analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support. You will be expected to work in delivering Enterprise data/analytical solutions for the bank.Experience in monetizing EDWs and other data platforms for various use cases will be a key success factor for this role.
Plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project's requirements within allocated budget and schedule.Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery
Provide status update related to technical delivery to Project Manager (PM)
Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results
Manage technical implementation plan across application teams - coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support
Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions
Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
More than 5 years leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams
Experience in implementing large-scale project implementation
Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery
Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development and testing experience (in aggregate no less than 8 years)
Good understanding and experience in software development cycle
Functional knowledge of Retail bank, Wholesale, Global Markets, Finance, Risk and Compliance oriented products & business processes
Exposure to Data Analytics tool and technology which are not limited to Data Warehouse & Big data tools: o Data Integration tools - Informatica PC, DQ, MM, Teradata GCFR, MDM, Spark SQL o Database - Teradata, Oracle, NoSQL o Reporting - MS Power BI, Qlik, OBIEE, Tableau, BO o Distributed Computing – Cloudera, SPARK, Teradata Vantage o Decision Management Product – Adobe, Unica, Experian, FICO o Analytical Tools – SAS, Microsoft R, Cloudera Workbench o Enterprise Scheduler Based Large Scale Data pipeline automation
