The Role

The CRM and Digital Experience Manager at Kia UK Limited (KUK) plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy focused on customer engagement and content management. The goal is to cultivate a loyal customer base, boost sales, and convert leads into future Kia owners who embrace electrification and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Provide comprehensive marketing support, including strategic planning, creating annual marketing plans, quarterly campaigns, budget management, agency briefings, and overseeing the creative production process.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and materials.
  • Manage allocated budgets, keep stakeholders informed of expenditure commitments, and ensure budget adherence following SAP protocols.
  • Implement tools to measure the performance of core programs.

CRM

  • Devise and execute email strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive purchases and conversions, and reduce bounce rates.
  • Create a Customer Journey integrating all communications from KUK to customers and prospects.
  • Lead the lead management process for marketing purposes.
  • Develop customer marketing initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and leads, leading to acquiring new customers and enhancing retention.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Quality Team to enhance customer retention and database quality.
  • Oversee the transition from Siebel to Sales Force.
  • Plan and create dynamic content to support various customer journeys from prospecting to repurchasing.
  • Design an email strategy to enhance the Dealer Email Marketing Process in coordination with Kia Contact for tactical, launch, and bespoke campaigns.
  • Enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing communications tailored to specific demographics, segments, and interests.
  • Work closely with the digital team to tag, integrate, and monitor customer behavior on the website.

Digital Experience

  • Manage Showcase content to keep it relevant and up to date.
  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of 360 digital assets and ensure timely availability of reference photos for new vehicles.
  • Lead Dealer Digital Solutions content and reporting, including Digital POS and Marketing Portal.
  • Improve dealer and customer utilization of digital tools, including analyzing usage, downtime, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and manage all digital product literature, such as product brochures, specification sheets, and monthly price list updates.

About You

  • Preferred education to degree level or equivalent.
  • Relevant automotive experience required, with knowledge of Project Management being advantageous.
  • Broad understanding of automotive functions.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and self-starting individual.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills with some experience in copywriting.
  • Familiarity with eCRM, EDM, and Email Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functions.
  • Organized with keen attention to detail and focused on achieving results.
  • Shows resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to explore different approaches to achieve goals.
  • Capable of managing budgets, schedules, and preparing estimates.
  • Quick to adapt to new situations and challenges, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Team player who can work on multiple projects supporting various initiatives.
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
