Hotel Reservationist Supervisor to join our team in the hotel industry.
The Reservationist Supervisor must have worked in the hotel environment and have supervisory experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring exceptional guest services in a hotel environment.
It is of utmost importance that the reservations department present a friendly and professional manner at all times.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will act as the main point of contact for guests bookings for bedrooms and car park, dealing with queries and cross-selling our other properties.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of reservations for the hotel
  • Coordinate bookings and monitor room availability
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
  • Handle reservation cancellations or modifications
  • Ensure accuracy of reservation data in the system
  • Train and supervise reservation staff to deliver highquality service
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally

Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong guest service orientation with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, bilingual or multilingual preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and wellorganised approach to work
1-2 years experience in a similar role with a Reservations System. Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage
Excellent customer care skills
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
Ability to cope well under pressure
Highly motivated, and a team player
