The Children's Integrated Speech and Language therapy Service for Hackney and the City is a unique collaboration between local health and education agencies. By pooling resources the service is able to provide high quality, comprehensive service to the children, young people and families within Hackney and The City. This post is a virtual working post in The Verbo Team. Verbo is an award winning online Speech and Language Therapy Toolkit.

The banding and allocation of the post will be agreed with the individual based on level of experience.

Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a high quality speech and language therapy service to the Verbo team. There may be other opportunities in the future to provide a speech and language therapy service to children and young people in a range of settings including Children's Centres, Early Years Settings, Nurseries, Primary, Secondary, Special Schools and with Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of Verbo. This will include:

- Developing clinical content

- Contributing to ideas and development

- Leading on specific projects

- Working with a multi-professional team, including other SaLTs, a technical team, marketing advisors, videographers, web designers and many more

- Provide support and training to users
The post holder will attend relevant training in order to work towards more specialist skills and knowledge and participate in CPD and other developmental activities.
