About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in bolstering revenue and generating fresh business prospects for Builder.

Your main tasks involve spotting and validating promising leads, which are then handed over to the senior sales squad for further action. Your contributions directly influence the company's growth trajectory by nurturing the pipeline of future clients.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of lead generation experience in the tech sector with a consistent top-performer track record
  • Keen interest in excelling within a dynamic sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to swiftly build rapport with potential clients
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
  • A team player mentality
  • Demonstrable commercial expertise, especially in telesales, would be advantageous
