WHAT TO EXPECT
Join our team as a Senior Program Management Analyst.
In this role, you will contribute to our journey of delivering, planning and integrating New Technology programmes for Propulsion, Digital & Electrical Product Platforms, and ADAS for ongoing and future products.
The Senior Programme Management Analyst; you'll be involved in and contribute to the delivery of technology programmes work streams to agreed time, cost and quality targets by ensuring the right technology delivery into vehicle programmes.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering New Technology Programmes within (Propulsion, ADAS and Digital / Service Products) utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
As a Senior Programme Management Analyst, you'll deal with a large cross-functional team across multiple locations and be responsible for the on-time delivery of your workstreams.
Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Use wider business experience to guide and help others to identify potential alternative solutions to problems occurring on their projects.
• Support and coordinate new technology commodities integration into Vehicle application programmes and delivery throughout the cycle plan.

Ability to manage risks and issues Evidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity Passion, interest or working knowledge in the development of ADAS Experience in Project Management within the automotive or aerospace industry Strong stakeholder management experience.
