Create, oversee, and drive a culture ofsafety and wellbeing

Analyse shift performanceagainst relevant business objectives, and put in place actions toimprove our operational excellence
Work collaborativelywith management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices

A day in the life
You'll work on ashift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productiveas it can be. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture ofsafety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You'llalso oversee process improvements within your area and driveimplementation.

A typical day is varied, including everything fromroutine team management and daily operational responsibilities toprocess improvement and wide-scale operational contingency tasks.

You'll also be a role model and mentor to new managers.

CF has scaled up from ahumble team of booksellers to a sophisticated global team whichhandles more than 1.5 million orders every day.

The CF team are the first peoplein the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we'reknown for. We're based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at theheart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres aresometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because it's where mostAmazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamicinventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round theclock.

Lots of different people work in ourFulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for everyskillset. Some of us work with physical products, while othersanalyse data to help everyone across the business make smartdecisions
