An overview of the role:
Motivated, collaborative and determined, our consultants work in partnership with Life Sciences clients to creatively solve some of their most pressing challenges.
Bringing innovation and a hands-on collaborative approach to transforming experiences and outcomes across the value chain from R&D and clinical ops through to manufacturing and commercial.

As a Consultant in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
- You will be able to use your consulting and sector expertise to help clients in your chosen area of specialism (in one or more of the following): Clinical operations and trials, connected health and enterprise transformation.
- You will be an important part of a high growth sector within a fastgrowing business, aiming to treble our revenues in the sector over the next 2 years.
We'd love to meet with someone with:
A broad understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or MedTech organisations with an ability to support projects across their value chain.
Specific experience and knowledge in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Clinical Operations and knowledge of commonly employed clinical systems such as SAS, Saama and Medidata.
- Biostatistics knowledge and experience in the context of analysis and reporting in clinical trials.
- Knowledge of CDASH principles and data transformation from PRM to CDASH, SDTM and ADAM.
- Clinical data expertise and knowledge in the context of clinical trials and regulatory submissions (e.g. TLF within regulat
