The RoleWe are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for sales.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with quick thinking and adaptability, and a natural inclination for healthy competition and an unwavering drive to surpass targets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting sales calls to prospective and past clients to promote Optimus Search as a valued business partner.
- Participating in meetings and negotiating rates.
- Crafting job adverts and social media content to attract top talent.
- Proactively headhunting candidates with specific skill sets.
- Coordinating interviews and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
We offer a competitive basic salary with exceptional commission potential, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 OTE.
High-performing individuals can earn well over £230,000.
We provide exceptional training delivered by our accomplished Learning and Development Director, with a focus on practical insights and minimizing classroom sessions.
We also offer a range of benefits, including monthly lunch clubs, quarterly and annual prizes, and a well-stocked bar.
