The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier Life Sciences experts in roles that advance their careers and propel our clients' success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting sales calls to prospective and past clients to promote Optimus Life Sciences as a valued business partner.
- Participating in meetings and negotiating rates.
- Crafting job adverts and social media content to attract top talent.
- Proactively headhunting candidates with specific skill sets.
- Coordinating interviews and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
We provide a competitive basic salary with exceptional commission potential, realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 OTE, and high-performing individuals can earn well over £230,000.
Our exceptional training program, delivered by our accomplished Learning and Development Director, provides practical insights and minimizes classroom sessions.
We also offer monthly lunch clubs, quarterly and annual prizes, dress-down Fridays, early finishes, and a well-stocked bar, fostering an enjoyable atmosphere for unwinding with the team.
