Reporting into the Associate Director of People for the Hospital site and in conjunction with the Hospital Executive team, you will ensure we drive the short and longer-term people priorities to support the Trust's ambition as well as providing attention to local priorities, challenges and opportunities in an aim to create the best and safest place to work.

You will be fundamental to the developing of people strategies, address key people priorities with a person centred, solutions focussed approach.
You will enable movement in employee experience and engagement, workforce planning and development, succession planning, attraction, recruitment and retention; workforce design and change; culture and inclusion and employee relations.
Main duties, tasks & skills required:
You will work with people data to identify themes and trends and proactively make recommendations that lead and drive positive change along with the Associate Director of People.
You will provide professional expertise to coach your team to minimise risk in employee relations matters.There are few opportunities in the sector that offer such scale of opportunity to impact positively for our workforce who rely on the People Directorate to deliver first class employee relations where fairness, equality and safety is prioritised
