Position Overview:
A vacancy exists within our esteemed organization for a dedicated People Partner as we strive to enhance our high-performing People Team.

Role Responsibilities:
As a People Partner, you will take the lead on all human resources matters within one of our divisions that supports clinical services. This is a permanent role, offering job stability and the opportunity for career advancement.

Key Duties:
- Lead the implementation of essential components of the People Strategy.
- Collaborate with senior operational managers to ensure that operational and strategic approaches align effectively, achieving optimal outcomes for both the organization and its staff.
- Provide senior HR leadership support to various services, demonstrating a strong ability to work with key stakeholders to facilitate transformational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess significant operational HR experience, including expertise in developing workforce plans at an operational level. You will also need to demonstrate a successful track record in leading organizational change initiatives, advising managers on processes such as restructuring, redesign, redundancy, and TUPE transfers.

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in a senior HR role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment law. You should be capable of supporting managers in navigating complex HR issues while constructively challenging inappropriate practices and devising effective solutions.
