What we are looking for


To support Tendable's transformational growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional, ambitious, and hands on Head of Marketing to lead Tendable's marketing efforts reporting the CEO and working closely alongside the Head of Growth.

The Head of Marketing will uncover customer and segment insights to build, guide and help execute integrated campaigns, across all areas of marketing and communications (e.g., brand management, thought leadership, demand generation, sales enablement, public relations, collateral and content development, and performance driven web and digital initiatives).


The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with domestic and international partners with support from agency partners to craft compelling messaging and content that drives engagement, creates pipeline marketing qualified leads and have tight activity integration with sales.


About you:


You have a proven track record of cost-effectively driving business growth with experience in B2B SaaS environment with the ability to lead, build and coach a marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally.

You can craft key value propositions, messaging and content that resonates with targeted customer segments and audience personas.

You thrive on building integrated marketing plans and ensure tactics are executed on time and on budget and can't help but obsess over the learnings and success of each campaign of by tracking leads and opportunity acceleration.


This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, organisation, consistent follow-up, management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced demanding environment.


Desired skills/experience:

  • Between 5 to 7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of costeffectively driving business growth and overseeing impactful content development. Specific experience in marketing for B2B SaaS environment. Experience in startups and building marketing capability from the ground up a plus.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience with a track record of recruiting, leading, motivating and coaching highperformance marketing teams.
  • Experience in health and or social care industry a plus.
  • Building marketing strategies translated into a clear marketing content and plan calendar that generates demand and engagement.
  • Resultsoriented focus, striving for quantifiable results that help the business success, with a test and learn agile approach to shift plans, if necessary to meet and align to goals. Ability to ensure tactical work gets delivered, with a good grasp on the strategy and how to progress it.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to craft motivating messaging and making the complex, simple.
  • Understands performance marketing drivers and tactics and can coach and guide staff and agencies in driving digital presence and journeys.
  • Experience working with marketing technologies and automation tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Optimizer, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Craft, CMS and Pipedrive
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, crossfunctional teams and agencies. Able to collaborate and partner with local sales, International, product and customer success teams.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, including making recommendations and decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Driven, selfmotivated and always looking for ways to improve our marketing efforts.
