Responsibilities_
- _Providing an effective administrative support to the team_.
- _Providing a varied and effective range of services to support the team and ensure the smooth running of the office, maintaining an excellent and pleasant working environment that's constantly improving._
- _Assisting with the training function for the company, which will include updating the training matrix, assist with booking training courses as and when required and issuing online training assessments._
- Assisting with scheduling internal and external appointments and updating calendars.
- _Assist with the weekly and monthly documentation required from Site Managers
- Timesheet, Weekly & Monthly Site reports, Toolbox Talks and accident reporting._
- _Assist with sub-contractor pre-qualification questionnaires and database for company approved supply chain._
Requirements:
- _Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel_
- _Good standard of_ written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- _Attention to detail_
- _Willingness and ability to learn new skills_
