Trade Counter Sales Assistant

We are looking for a confidant, successful individual to join our sales team on our Trade counter / showroom.

You will ideally come from a glass industry company with experience and a mature approach.


Working on a busy sales counter you will need to be self motivated & driven, capable of working without supervision and be able to use your own initiative.

You will need to come with bags of enthusiasm and have excellent communication & people skills.

Your role will involve

making customers feel welcome & valued, servicing both Trade & Retail customers.

Taking in-coming calls, answering queries and taking orders

Processing sales orders and payments accurately

Laising with the factory & booking deliveries

Housekeeping & general admin duties

You must be computer literate and have good attention to detail.

Basis maths skills are essential including being able to use a tape measure, measuring & calculating areas & sizes.

Experience:

Glass Industry: 1 year (preferred)
