We are hiring immediately for a Europe Bids & Tenders Representative - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

Please note, this position can be based in locations across Europe.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Europe Technical and Bid Manager in developing and widening the scope of the current Bids & Tenders process across Europe
  • Supporting, developing and coordinating the design and return of key and major project bids and tenders across the sector sales team
  • Take responsibility for the preparation, completion, submission and return of Sector Sales customer Requests For Information (RFI), PreQualifications (PQQ), Requests For Quotations (RFQ), Invitations to Tender (ITT), Approved Vendor Questionnaires, Client Evaluations and QHSE Qualification Customer Returns
  • Work with Sector Sales and Major Projects teams on compiling bid preparations and presentations for customers
  • Attend key customer meetings and internal sales meetings to promote the Aggreko Bids & Tenders Team
  • Review sources in the market and follow market trends to identify and passon appropriate leads and business opportunities for Major Projects
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all associated personnel
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports as defined by the Europe Technical and Bid Manager

Who we're looking for:


You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills - a strong understanding of the English language, ideally with the grasp of another European language.

You will be able to develop and manage internal stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams. You'll be self-motivated with a "can do" attitude. A creative thinker, able to propose solutions, driven by results, and think beyond your day-to-day remit.

There will be an element of business travel across Europe, so you will be prepared and able to do so, whilst holding a valid passport.
