The Role
You will work with colleagues across the business to identify business questions and use your analytical and technical skills to find solutions and insight.
*Developing reports and turning data into meaningful actionable data
*Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to monitor key metrics of the business.
*Generate in-depth analysis and insight that informs decision-making across the business.
*Evaluate the performance and impact of activities.
*Respond to data requests, gather requirements establish the best data sources and deliver results.
*Provide market and competitor analysis, helping evidence their place in the sector.
*Develop an approach to measuring and evaluating their social value and impact.
*Research and analyse marketing data to inform and guide marketing decisions.
*Provide the SLT with additional secondary data that will assist with strategic planning and business development.
*Contribute to the development of business plans and strategy
About You
You will have significant experience in Business analysis or other related roles.
You will also have:
*Aptitude for logical analysis and interpretation of data
*Expertise in the clear presentation of accurate data in high-quality reporting
*Research skills
*Project Management skills
*Experience working with key stakeholders across the organisation
*Experience working with large datasets
*Expert IT user including proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools and core Microsoft Office software.
*Proven ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver results
*Demonstrable ability to use initiative and work with minimal instruction
*Proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach
