AEX Recruitment Ltd is looking for Event Staff for our client in Millbrook, Bedfordshire.

Job Summary:

You will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis as an Event Marshal. As an Event Marshal you will provide assistance to clients during large events, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Transport clients and equipment to event venues.
  • Deal with organiser and participant queries efficiently and courteously and refer queries to Event Managers where appropriate.
  • Directing participants, ensuring their safety all times.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.

Essential Skills:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with new people.
  • Able to work in a tidy, organised manner at all times.
  • Able to communicate clearly and courteously to others.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
Own transport is recommended due to the location.
