AV Event Production Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Bedford

Hours: Full Time (40 Hours per week + overtime)

Salary: £32,500 - £47,500 DOE + Bonus + Overtime

We are seeking an experienced AV Event Production Manager to join our growing team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event production plans, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Lead a team of event production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event production management, preferably in the AV industry
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technical requirements
