About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Associate to join our Bedford College Services department. As an Events Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our students by providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security services to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors
  • Manage car parking, portering, and online requests to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Contribute to the maintenance of clean and well-maintained facilities, including grounds and buildings
  • Support the maintenance team in ensuring the upkeep of our facilities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities or operational role, with a proven track record of high performance
  • First Aid at work qualification and manual handling training
  • Alignment to our organisational values: Student-centred, Educational excellence, Teamwork, Continuous improvement, Caring, and Inclusive
